ONTIV-Message: Report system
Ideas, errors, risks, claims or complaints: Messages of several kinds can be collected in a central system by ONTIV-Message. The allround talent in the area of report system offers a quick record of appreciable reports thanks to prefabricated forms. Within the app, notifications become a themed room in which further posts and feedback can be gathered.
Structured overview of notifications
The several categories of reports can be called separately in ONTIV-Message. By clicking on a category (e.g. “idea”), all themed rooms of this area will be displayed as a list. This list can also be exported as an Ecxel-table. In the report overview you can find all the reports plus their properties and details.
Tasks, countermeasures and more
Each notification can be transformed into a concrete task or measure. If a notification receives an activity, you will also find it in the overview. The single views show the progress of tasks and measures. Thereby, a report (e.g. a complaint) can be used advantageously to achieve improvements.
